Good work Sam once again.

Blair’s neoliberal cartel unquestioningly imported the very specific postwar American cultural ideology of globalisation and chose to impose its US style multiculturalist politics on a culturally different, unique historical and geographical UK landscape. All it has succeeded in delivering is a culturally siloed political disaster area.

Likewise Farage is parroting America First ideology and trying to impose its, particular to America, politics upon a British cultural landscape. Even if Murdoch & Maxwell’s global oligarchy succeed in placing Reform and its shills into the British parliament, all that they will be able to succeed in delivering is a deepening of this social fracturing that Thatcher initiated and Blair reinforced.

Thanks for your deep research and analysis on Farage & Co. They are a sick symptom of a country whose ruling class and politics have long since been seduced by a global criminal cartel.

If this idiot gets into power, we will be in the same state as America! Farage is using Trumps playbook! The UK isn’t perfect, but my god, America is cesspool of hate and corruption right now, and if we don’t get rid of this moron, we’re next!

Very good post. I do not understand why the current government is not taking the massive crypto donations to Reform (or indeed any other party) seriously. If Labour wants to fight Reform, limiting their dubious income would be a good start.

Regarding the byelection, it's time that Farage and Starmer realised that nobody likes a bad loser. It must particularly hurt Farage that a party with little money but lots of people power can beat his candidate.

I look forward to the day when Farridge is exiled to some tax haven where he will feel at home.

If Farridge were to become PM, he would become more and more like Trump (he's already halfway there). Be very afraid, don't give him the opportunity.

When will this leech be kicked out of British politics once and for all?

The division this man promotes cannot be tolerated any longer.

His double standards when it comes to politics is beyond unethical and his association with foreign powers that has for decades tried to disband the UK from its partners is a national threat.

Hasn’t he cause enough trouble for generations ? It’s time him and his party are just cancelled altogether.

In point of fact, Farage wouldn't necessarily lose control of Reform UK Ltd if he stepped down from the role of "party leader" and wouldn't have to accept whoever was voted for by donors, for the simple reason that he's the majority shareholder in Reform UK Ltd and donors are not buying equity stakes in the business.

He might step down, but unless he also sells his shares, he would still have absolute veto over whoever followed (which is how he took over as leader from Tice - he simply decided to, and Tice just had to suck it up), and could choose whoever he liked whether donors, party "members" or Reform MPs liked it or not.

Yet another reason why this antidemocratic spiv should be permanently excluded from politics.

Farage’s 4 children wouldn’t be eligible to vote under the Goodwin Rule. One mother was born in Ireland and has Irish nationality. The second was born in Germany and has German nationality.

Do we have a democracy or just a leaky sieve?

What a pity Farage was already back from the Middle East before this past weekend. It might have made him more aware of the consequences of his idol's behaviour. And, you never know, ... Still, the potential donors he would have been talking to have probably got other things on their minds now than funding his company.

You need to follow the money, I believe. Is their not somewhere in London a forensic accountant able and willing to do this?

You may want to check out a video on YouTube from about 5 years ago, it’s a discussion between Steve Bannon and Farage - it’s rather enlightening.
