Farage has never been anything more than a disruptor, an iconoclast. It’s a mystery that he gets so much airtime or other media attention. He has entertained us enough: let someone else have a turn.
I would be interested to know the reasons why Yusuf has departed the Reform party. The vast coffers seemingly now at his disposal of both the Tech bro libertarians and The Heritage foundation having placed his doppelganger Trump in the White House. Perhaps it is because whereas Trump possesses an infinitely blackmailable back history (as is presently being played upon), Farage is an old style hardcore nationalist. A man who is parochial to the point of paralysis.
True. But if he were to get a couple or three hundred of the British MAGA to vote for him (and it would be him, not his party) in a GE, he’d have an infrastructure. I just hope this is the start of the implosion of Reform, before he gets any closer to power.
I should say, I acknowledge your hopefully accurate view that without Yusuf, Farage is less likely to get that far, but that’s by no means certain. With shed loads of money and access to people who have somehow managed to get the US heading towards dictatorship, I’m worried.
Farage is not a builder, he is a destroyer.
Farage is a political wrecking ball. Spot on.
I really want to believe you are right.

Let’s hope the circus never comes to town.
Virtually all of what you said describes Trump also. And he made it to the top.
Presidential systems are a bit different - plus he had the Republican Party’s infrastructure. Farage is trying to create something from scratch

He’s just mimicking his buddy across the pond. When will the press and media wake up to being used by both these charlatans?
Excellent news. The further that charlatan is away from power the better.
